Ghosted by a client? SnapFill handles it.
Matched clients on your waitlist get texted. They pre-authorise a deposit before before you lift a finger. You pick who sits — the card clears the second you confirm.
Three moves.
Zero scrambling.
SnapFill works alongside whatever you already use. You trigger the blast — SnapFill handles the texting, the deposit hold, and the confirmation. You just pick who sits.
Your waitlist is already full of the right people.
Clients scan a QR in your shop or tap a link in your bio. SnapFill collects their project, tier, and references before they're ever added. You review and approve — nothing hits the list unvetted.
One tap. SnapFill texts every matched client for you.
You fire the blast — SnapFill does the rest. SMS goes only to clients who match the artist, the tier, and the project type. No mass spam. No DMs. No begging.
You pick. SnapFill charges. Slot filled.
Interested clients pre-authorise a deposit to claim their spot. Pick whoever fits the work, not whoever replied first. The card clears the moment you confirm. The deposit credits to their session.
Already have a booking tool? Keep it.
SnapFill is not booking software. It doesn't manage your calendar, handle your full session payments, or replace anything you already use.
It does one thing: fill cancelled slots from your waitlist. That's it. No switching required.
Square, Bookedin, Google Calendar — keep all of it. SnapFill fills the gap they all leave open.
No fill, no fee — if the slot doesn't fill, you owe us $0. Zero.
No subscription — pay per filled slot, not per month.
No commission on revenue — we only touch the deposit, never your service price.
No Stripe fees — payment processing is on us. The 25% is all-in.
No lock-in — leave any time. No contracts, no questions.
Rolling out city by city — we'll reach out when we go live in your area.
Built by someone who knew how to solve it, and got close enough to care.
Robert is an engineer and aspiring artist. He spent a decade building real-time systems for global-scale experiences: The Messi Experience (189,000+ visitors) and Real Madrid Games, where data integrity and speed aren't optional. That combination is why he cares about solving this right.
Quick answers.
What if nobody claims it? +
The slot stays open. We don't charge you, hold any deposits, or send a sorry-not-sorry follow-up. Nothing happened, so nothing gets billed.
Can I see who's on my waitlist before anyone claims a slot? +
Yes. Every signup includes their project, their tier, and any references you asked for. You vet them before they ever see a slot go live, so random people never reach you.
What stops the wrong client from grabbing it first? +
You still choose. Claiming pre-approves a deposit but doesn't book the chair. You pick whoever's the right fit, not whoever replied fastest.
How does the deposit credit work? +
The full deposit (whatever you set) goes toward their session. Our 25% comes out of your portion only, so your client's total doesn't change.
Does this replace my booking software? +
No. SnapFill only handles the cancel-to-fill part. Keep using whatever you already use: Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, a paper book. This just plugs in on top.
Is this only for tattoo artists? +
No, it's for anyone who books long appointments and loses real money on cancels: tattoo artists, barbers, colorists, estheticians, lash techs, nail artists. If a no-show hurts your day, it's for you.
When do I get paid? +
Stripe's standard payout schedule, usually 2 business days after the slot fills.
Empty slot.
Filled. Done.
We're onboarding studios one by one. Drop your email and we'll reach out when your spot is ready.
